1. Overview

Brandlo.pk ships worldwide. We aim to make international delivery easy, transparent, and reliable — while following Pakistan export rules and international customs procedures.

2. Where we ship

We ship to most countries worldwide. If a destination is temporarily unavailable we will show that at checkout or contact you after you place your order.

3. Order processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During sales, new releases, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer — we’ll notify you if there is any delay.

4. Carriers & delivery methods

We use trusted international couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, and Pakistan Post) and local partners. You’ll be able to choose the available shipping method at checkout and receive a tracking number once your order ships.

5. Shipping costs & taxes

  • Shipping fees depend on parcel weight, dimensions, destination, and the service selected at checkout.

  • Import duties, taxes, and any customs clearance fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient, unless you explicitly purchase a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) option at checkout. International shipments may therefore incur extra charges on delivery. FedEx+1

6. Customs, duties & inspections

  • All international parcels are subject to inspection and assessment by customs authorities. Pakistan Post and international couriers submit items for customs clearance and duties are assessed by customs according to the declared value and local rules.   • To avoid delays or fines, we declare the contents, quantity and value of goods truthfully on the shipping documents. False or incomplete declarations may lead to parcel seizure or penalties. Multicourier

7. Prohibited & restricted items

Certain items cannot be exported or imported. If your order contains an item banned by Pakistan or the destination country, we cannot ship it. Examples of commonly restricted or banned items include arms/ammunition, hazardous chemicals, radioactive materials, certain textiles or used electrical goods (rules vary by country). 8. Export documentation & compliance

We prepare required export documents (commercial invoice, packing list, airway bill/bill of lading, and where applicable export forms). Pakistani exporters should also follow State Bank / export reporting requirements where relevant; for commercial exports additional documentation may be required. If a customer requests special export paperwork for customs clearance, contact us before shipment. TDAP+1

9. Delivery estimates

Delivery time depends on destination and courier:

  • Short-haul international: 5–10 business days

  • Long-haul international: 10–21 business days
    These are estimates and do not include customs clearance time. Choose express services at checkout for faster delivery.

10. Tracking & insurance

Once shipped you’ll receive a tracking number by email/SMS. We recommend purchasing optional shipping insurance for high-value orders; otherwise, loss or damage claims may be subject to carrier limits and policies.

11. Customs delays & returns

  • If customs in the destination country holds, inspects, or returns a parcel, we will support you in resolving the issue, but any duties, taxes, or return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless we are at fault.

  • If a parcel is returned to Brandlo.pk due to incorrect address or refused customs charges, return shipping and restocking fees may apply. We will contact you before reshipping.

12. Lost or damaged packages

  • Report lost or damaged packages to us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will open a claim with the carrier and support you. Resolution depends on carrier investigation, declared value, and insurance.

13. Order cancellations & changes

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately. Changes cannot always be guaranteed once processing or shipping has started.
